WSSK v3 - Ventev Edition

The HiveRadar WSSK - v3 Ventev Edition is a customized version of our patented Wireless Site Survey Kit v3 for Wireless LAN Engineers and customers that already own Ventev - VenVolt 2 batteries. It enhances the WSSK v3 model by incorporating slots for dual Ventev VenVolt 2 battery system. VenVolt 2 Batteries support both 24v PoE and PoE++, providing extended operational time while maintaining functionality and convenience.

Ultimate Portability & Airline Friendly

Use the integrated retractable handle or the optional shoulder strap for ultimate portability & maneuverability. Weighing in at just 24lbs fully loaded, it is light and meets virtually all Airline Carry on requirements. The Ventev VenVolt 2 battery battery also meets carry on guidelines as outlined by TSA, FAA & IATA.

Standing taller at 12 feet fully deployed, the WSSK v3 is now also more stable. Heavy duty, non-skid, articulating stabilizer feet keep the v3 solid. Tool free setup & all components tuck away inside the case.

Included with the kit are all the tools you need: custom battery with cables, mounting pole, articulating arm, laser distance measure, powerful LED flashlight, multi-tool and the HiveRadar Project Planner web portal* for you to log your projects and find new ones.

Universal Rail Mount for Access Points

A 90 degree swivel allows positioning for ceiling or wall mount deployments & stiffer rigidity for heavier AP's. Quick locks ensure the mounting bracket is aligned correctly to the front of the Kit.

Also new to the bracket is a mini ball-head for mounting a Go-pro or a 360cam. Take a birds eye-view time-lapse of your wifi survey engagement and showcase your work.

Knob-locking Mechanism

This mechanism is designed for convenience and stability, allowing you to easily adjust the position and orientation of the AP.

Articulating Arm and Access Point Mounting Plate

Laser Distance Measure

A Laser Distance Measure is a must for scaling floorplans on site. Included unit accurately measures up to 40m or 131.23ft. These units can also calculate Area, Volume, etc.

Carbon Fiber Mounting Pole

Our custom made carbon fiber poles are thick crosslayered carbon fiber tubes for maximum rigidity and durability. Extremely lightweight, easy to assemble with quick twist lock mechanism, it is also multifunctional i.e can be used as a camera tripod.

Premium Braided Cables

All cables are custom made and encased in thermal sleeves to provide a sleeker look that seamlessly integrates with the case's aesthetic. Velcro cable ties are strategically incorporated for tanglefree, clean and secure connection to the mounting pole.

Custom Power Connectors

Custom DC power connectors are incorporated into the case. All external connections are secure and waterproof. Also included waterproof RJ45 & USB connectors, making it a truly versatile unit for Internet connectivity on the job-site if needed for wifi survey, trade shows, etc.

The Ventev VenVolt 2, with its 26400mAh/98Wh Lithium Polymer Battery, offers reliable power for 802.3af/at/bt access points and mobile devices, ensuring safe charging with its high capacity and thermal stability.
